Since 1989, Property Tax Consultants has been saving clients' money by reducing their property taxes. With contingency based fees, we remove the risk for our clientele. We work for free until we achieve a tax savings, and our average client saves over $14,000 per year. Our expertise lies in three areas: Assessment, Property Value, and the Tax Appeal System.
We are certified assessors with experience working in a municipality to set uniform assessment for over 4,000 parcels. We know the rules and have felt the deadlines from an assessor's point of view. We speak their language when discussing value.
From over 29 years of discussing value from an owner's perspective, comes an in-depth understanding of the market approach and income approach to value. We continue to sharpen our skills through hours of education at the Appraisal Institute. Value is the driver of taxes, and there are many ways to uncover and support property value. We utilize these tools to reduce our client's property tax burden and save them tens of thousands of dollars long term.
The deadlines and rules to initiate and maintain an active appeal are a hassle. We seamlessly navigate this system to make certain our clients are in the best position to achieve a tax savings. We proactively work with assessors so they can understand the realities of your parcel.
Our reputation, which is built on respect for the assessor and the ability to convey our thorough understanding of property value, translates into fair property taxes for our clients.
